Where We Ship

Windsor James currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after an order is placed, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, or holiday periods. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them on our website.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and shipping destination unless otherwise stated as part of a promotional offer.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Windsor James is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the carrier, we are committed to providing excellent customer service.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or your tracking information indicates delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date at hello@windsorjames.com. We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your Windsor James purchase.

Because our skincare products are intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

Eligible unopened products may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Be in resalable condition.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or order number).

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email hello@windsorjames.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the appropriate return mailing address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item shipped by Windsor James

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@windsorjames.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging, when applicable

After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business daysafter approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

At this time, Windsor James does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please complete the return process for your eligible item and place a new order.

Changes to This Policy

Windsor James reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping, Returns &Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
